Penrose (Bible Christian) Chapel

An unusual survivor among rural Cornish Methodist chapels, Penrose dates from 1861 (although appears much older) and is constructed of local slate rubble (repaired 2004).

The interior is virtually unaltered and includes a rostrum with a rare panelled enclosure.

The chapel is run by local committee and is owned by the Historic Chapels Trust.
