The former Providence Methodist Church, previously the Darby Hand Methodist New Connexion Chapel, was originally built in 1837 in Netherton.
It was dismantled in 1977 and re-erected in 1979 at the award-winning Black Country Living Museum; an open-air museum, established to preserve items from Black Country history and recreate life there from 1800-1930.
